I am using a DLINK DSL G604T Wireless router and modem. 2 Computers are sharing the connection wirelessly, the internet works fine, but the pcs cannot ping each others ip adderess or computer name. They are on the same workgroup. They cant even ping their own IP adderess or Computer Name. This is very wierd what is the solution?

Norton Internet Security has a soft firewall as part of the package, this is most likely the cause of your problems.

NIS is a MAJOR PITA, and is very likely the reason you have a problem. The router's firewall has no effect on the LAN side of the router, it's only between the Internet and all the computers on the LAN. Get rid of NIS and you'll find that many of your problems will go with it.
