A staff member has been noticing that, whenever he uses his online email (yahoo and gmail), as he is composing a new email, a bar pops up with strange characters (japanese-like if you know what I mean) as he is typing and I have absolutely no clue why or what it is. It does not allow him to type anything in english instead substituting these strange characters from the bar that pops-up. If anyone has any clue, I would be very appreciative.
