The card dai has suggested is pretty much spot-on for what you're wanting. If you're willing to spend $30 more, you could get the GT version, which has faster RAM and a higher core speed.

Take a look at this page for some good cards. The 7800GS's are out of your price range, but I left them there in case you were interested.

If you prefer ATI cards, take a look at these.
