I was wondering which cpu cooler would be better for cooling an intel core i3 2130. It is between these two:

1. Rosewill

Newegg.com - Rosewill RCX-Z90-CP 92mm Long Life Sleeve CPU Cooler

2. thermaltake

Thermaltakeusa » Cooler » CPU Cooler » Intel Socket LGA 1155 / 1156 » CLP0550 : CLP0550 CLP0550

The specs of the rosewill one seem better, but since the thermaltake is certified to cool up to 95watt processors, does that mean it has more power and is better at cooling?

Please help.

PC Specs?
Pre-Built Brand & Model Number
Custom Built-Brand & Model of Mobo-CPU-RAM-Graphics-PSU.
Are you experiencing heat issues?
The OEM heatsink should be fine if no OC'ing is going to be involved.
Of the two you list I would go with the TT.
This one is very efficient for economically priced units: Newegg.com - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler
