which is best, i am uprading to xp 1800+ with geforce 3 ti 200
but not sure which board to choose between as i am on a budget

MSI 745 ULTRA ( SIS 745+ DDR333)
ASUS A7S-333 ( SIS 745+DDR333) with audio

can anybody shed some light?

Okay... I need to get this out of the way... I'm usually kinda partial to Asus, but if you can afford all three, and there isn't much of a difference in price, to you anway, then you need to go with the Abit... it has a VERY impressive chipset, the second best on the market and in use for AMD (no flames about the P4 stuff... this is AMD business!) It's got the DDR ram thing down... I mean up to 3.5GB of registered RAM... DAMN! It supports the newest IDE speed out 133, which allows it to be an upgradable machine for a while (assuming they don't get fickle and change standards!) I think all and all the Abit is your best choice... But that's just me, I'm sure someone else has an opinion...LOL they always do... it's what makes this forum great...LOL

If your going to be buying anyway, I would go with 350W minimum for an AMD setup.......
