Whats a good encryption program for Vista?

Can someone please recommend a FREE encryption program for Vista to enable me to encrypt certain files with preferably a minimum 1024 to 2048 bit key?

I use PGP on Linux, but theres not a free PGP version for Vista.

Any recommendations please?

UPDATE: I just learned that PGP has a 30 day trial version that reverts to still being able to encrypt and decrypt files after the 30 day period.
