I am buying a house and i want to re-design the interior of it.

I have the measurements and i want to plan for materials etc.

Problem is im not a designer, but i have all the measurements from the rooms and I wouldlike to put them into a 3D drawing/picture or similar

What software is out there for an amateur like me?

this bob vila fella had popular software for home improvements, should be able to find it on the software racks in most stores (wally world?).
