I am doing a project. I need to create some email address and assigne particular users for each email address, so that they can send/receive emails from outside email address. My company is using Exchange 2003. Should I create Contact in Exchange 2003? Where I can assign user's permission for it?
Another problem I am having is that a user mistakently deleted all the emails from Inbox to Deleted Items. When he tried to move the emails back to the Inbox, all the email date changed to November 10, 2007. He tried it yesterday, that is Nov.12. I didn't have a clue to fix this problem.
The third problem is when sb. using outlook 2000 in Citrix, the computer got frozen when she tried to open/save/attach/send email. The mailbox size for her is unlimited. The memory is 1GB. I already did all the anti-virus, anti-spyware, deframented the computer. Recreated the email profile. None of these work.
