Heres my computer properties, what the heck kind of clock speed is this??? I looked at it before it was 800MHz. Now Look:

Yeah it's right. It's called spread spectrum, the frequency is varied slightly over a period of time so it doesn't cause interference in other nearby electronics. In a while it will be back to 800 and then go to 801 and back again.
