I wonder which fancooler is the best to fit on this motherboard and what measure the cpu fan is.

The fan is for the CPU not the mobo. So you need to know what CPU your going to use then we can find the CPU cooler for it and you. Since this is an AMD mobo....what Ryzen CPU are you thinking of getting. Depending on the CPU you choose (especially 2nd gen), the Wraith cooler comes with the CPU. Your mobo supports the 5000 series (3rd gen) and the only CPU in that series that comes with the cooler is the 5600x.

Looking at your mobo price point....the Ryzen 5 3400G is a good choice that also has a GPU embedded on it. If you don't have a dedicated GPU you use the GPU off the 3400G. This cpu also come with the cooler.

I recommend Acer Nitro 5 - you can get fan speed to around 5200 -5600
