Hmm... well, if that's important, it may be worth your while- they do have docking sat radio players that can work in a car, and if you go with multiple units, they can share an account. If it were me though, I would just search for the sportscasts on the AM dial first.
One thing that a lot of music lovers overlook, or don't realize they're missing, is a good pair of earphones. The best gift I have ever gotten, I suggested to my parents based on a few minutes of research online. This was a set of Grado SR-60 headphones. They're large, they're not very trendy looking, and some people with large heads find them uncomfortable (I find them amazingly comfy), but they're an amazing value for what they cost. Look them up, maybe they'll become your new favorite toy
