WerFault.exe - Application Error

Whenever I try to bootup certain programs I get an error. Here is an image of this error: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

I googled a fix for this, did it, it worked for a day but now it is back to doing it. I disabled Windows Error Reporting Service and I still get the error.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, how did you disable the service? Open a cmd as admin go to search and type:- cmd right click on the returned command prompt and select "run as administrator" at the prompt type:-

C:\Windows\System32\WerFault.exe /REGSERVER (press enter) you will not receive any confirmation messages. Restart computer, let us know how you get on.

I disabled services by going into services, disabling then restarting my pc.

I can't do that command into cmd for some reason.

Sorry I didn't see your response, I completely forgot about this post and just have been dealing with it.

Hi, open the cmd prompt as instructed and copy paste:-

WerFault.exe /REGSERVER press enter, you will not receive any confirmation messages. Restart computer let us know how you get on.
