Running Windows 10. For some reason, for several months now, whenever I try to connect to anything it fails on the first attempt. Whenever I load any website I have to hit refresh once or twice for it to work. When I attempt to connect to my ftp server I have to try 2 or 3 times before it connects. When I open an application that connects to the internet I have to close and reopen it a couple times before it works. What is going on here? And how do I fix it?

I tried resetting network settings, removing and re-adding network devices..

If you use Remote Desktop / TS Gateway, it's a known but unsolved problem.
