Hey everyone, Merry Christmas! I've just gotten myself a new laptop, and it's perfect except for the fact that many webpages don't fit inside the screen and I have to scroll horizontally to see the sides.

I really hope theres a way around this, does anybody know any way of fixing it so that the webpages are shrinked so they don't go outside the screen/

Thanks!

Have you tried the obvious? A different screen resoluton.

Web sites are programmed differently, some using pixels and some with percentages. Either way, some are going to be bigger then your screen resolution, which is why a lot of people choose either 1024x768 or higher.

Hi

Hope you had a nice Xmas too!

In an empty Desktop space, rightclick>Properties>Settings>Advanced and choose a smaller resolution fit for your monitor, such as the above 1024x768. Apply and see if that helps.
