Webcam problem
I have a Windows 7 - HP Pavillion Entertainment PC. It has a built in webcam that has always worked fine. Now Skype cannot access the video and tells me some other program is using it.
It suggests also that I might want to turn it on but I have no idea where to "turn it on"
Everything has been updated.
What am I missing besides my mind?

Hi shawnigan joe,
If you don't have the manual you might want to check the HP website for the instructions regarding the web cam on your computer.

I would suggest uninstalling the web cam and reinstalling it. Ignore the message with turning it on. That was only a suggested fix once skype couldn't connect. Its like saying make sure there is gas in the car if it doesn't start.
