Hi,

I've been using a webcam for about the last two weeks and I have had no problems with it until recently. After I checked my computer for viruses, did a registry fix, defragmented some space on my laptop, it no longer worked. I'm assuming this was it because this is the only thing I have done after the webcam no longer worked. I tried searching online and I realized I have no file called "image devices" nor do I have a lvmvdrv.sys file so I could not follow through the general advice. The webcam does not even have a name...it has a panda on the disc and it turns out it's from Hong Kong (i got in on ebay). But it's worked before so I do not understand why it wouldnt anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling about 3 times and nothing.

I also did a free cam diagnostic and this is what it said:
