Hi everyone,
We recently installed a logitech webcam and ever since, every hour on the hour an error message pops up "An error occurred communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again." We do have an HP all-in-one scanner but it's been connected properly for over a year... what the heck?
