Hi All,

Can somebody please help me? I recently purchased Web Easy 8 Professional Platinum. I have set up the website OK but I've now come onto the oscommerce part of it. I keep getting an error message that says

Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory.

I've no idea where I can change these settings as I'm completely new to this sort of thing. I've tried to get help from the support link but I've waited a week now for them to reply so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you access the server root of your website? (log in remotely)

Do you know how to FTP?

No I can't log in remotely and don't know how to FTP?

By the way what does FTP mean x

File transfer protocol.

It is how you put files on your webserver.

There is a settings tab in web easy for it: https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/382

can you find these settings?

should be something like:

Host: yourdomain.com or IP
username:
Password:
