Is anyone aware of a way to quickly "restore" user accounts (and all of the settings and folders associated with each account) after backing up data and reinstalling Windows (fresh re-installation)? My understanding is that you would have to manually set up each user account all over again and manually associate folders and settings to each account all over again. Right?

What happens if you create the same user account name?
