Wanting to build a budget gaming rig

This will be my first time building a pc. With upcoming release of StarCraft 2 I am in need of a new computer. I have been looking at the $500.00 AMD build listed in this post. I know the system requirements for SC2 have not been finalized but the requirements for the beta can be found here. I'm pretty computer illiterate. Does it look like the $500.00 AMD build will be able to run SC2 with fairly high settings?

To be honest, even the 'Recommended' requirements is a low end computer these days.
The $500 AMD build is, of course, also on the low end but it still blows those specs out of the water.
