Want to know how to use a switch

I have been given a switch (D-Link DES-1016d) and want to know how it
works and how i can use it. I have 4 computer to play with to see how the switch works can any body help

1) is there a ip adress to access the switch settings?
2) can i contol the switch ect ect

please help would like to know more
