I am trying to install my HP 3330 disk software onto my computer, but everttime I try to install it, it always gives an error. What should I do to fix this? The error is "Encountered a problem. Restart computer and run setup again." but, no matter how many times I restart it, it always says the same thing. :sigh:

Try downloading the software from somewhere instead of using a disk. It still may not work, but it's worth a try.
