I have a issue with my computer when I shut it down, this has been going on for almost a month and its starting to get on my nerves.
Everytime I shutdown my computer it will start to shutdown like it properly would i forget what it says but im guessing it says preparing to shut down, then all of a sudden either a blue/white/standby/green screen will appear and sometimes my fan would start to go very fast and loud. This happens EVERY time i shut down, sometimes when I try to shut down my computer will just restart instead of shutting down. I have the similar problem restarting too.. The only way I can shut down my computer is holding down the power button.
Im sorry im not very clear on my issue, but i appreciate the help and im willing to try anything I can to get this clear and down. Thanks.
