Vista runs agonizingly slow please for the love of computers help me!

Hello to all you awesome techies,

plain and simple, vista runs horribly slow.. it started after the other day when i turned on my computer.. and i was staring at the welcome screen for like 4-5 mins.

Now after panicing, i got ccleaner going, then pcsleek (that did more damage than good, as it deleted my system fonts.. i put those back in after though.. but damn i lost 450 fonts!) anyways,i ran RegCure 1.5.0.0 and it found a lot of bad stuff and fixed it, but it still didn't fix the sluggishness..... I also ran AVG virus checker, and it came out clean. i ran a trojan hunter, i've pretty much ran all i could come across that was really reputable. so i am at witts end, and coming to all you techies out there so nice enough to donate your time in helping us lacking in computer skills people out there and have a look at my hijackthis log:
