Vista Not Booting after Changing SATA Config

Hello everyone. I have an issue that arose earlier tonight. My IDE DVD-RW drive wasn't being detected by Vista anymore, so as a last resort, I went into the BIOS and change the SATA Configuration from RAID to IDE to see if it would help. I know it was a stupid idea, but I was desperate as nothing I tried seemed to work. The main problem is that I had my OS (Vista x64) installed on a RAID 0 configured drive. Now that I switched back to RAID in the BIOS, I get the "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media" popup and the OS won't load. The RAID Array is still intact and so are the the files on the drive (I used one of the file browsers from Hiren's Boot CD to check). What could the problem be? Can I get back into Windows without having to format or reinstall? I'm in dire need of assistance, so please help.
