Test with another set of speakers or headphones. That will determine if you have a PC or speaker issue.
I have tried 3 different sets and still nothing. I have no sound even on the PC. I've taken offf the side and noticed the sound is built inot the motherboard. I did have sound until I moved the computer and since I have hooked it all back up everything works great except sound.
This is what I'm operating it's a AM1100-E1304A, Acer Aspire 4400+ AMD64 I'm not sure if all of this even means anything to help my issue
It's possible the audio chipset is faulty. Assuming you are connecting the speakers to the back panel, have you tried connecting headphones or speakers to the front panel port?

Check Device Manager to see if there are any devices with a yellow ! If so, those devices require drivers.

Also, you can try reinstalling the audio drivers. You should be able to get the audio drivers from the Acer website.
Ok now I still have no sound but when I go into cound and hardware it shows that my digital output device (SPDIF) and if I play and music it shows in the sound bar thats it's working but I can't hear anything. I've tried plugging inot different jacks, i don't even hear anything from the computer speaker.
Depending on your speaker type and connection, you will likely need to choose "speakers" as the default output device (ie: not SPDIF).
