Hi,
I know this thread is old, but I'm having the same problem now.
I'm flying in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, and when I'm switching to the browser (Mozilla Firefox), mouse stop moving, and after 3-5 seconds there is a BSOD. (0x00000124).
Code:

I've also entered !analyze -v;-r;-kv;-ltmn to get full information.
It's in the file below. There are some symbols errors, I don't know how to fix it.
Thanks for any help, and sorry for my English :)

Re: windows vista bsod STOP error (error posted)...any thoughts?

Hi -

The symbol errors are directly related to the 0x124 bugcheck - WHEA - Windows Hardware Error Architecture - and not to the Vista NT symbols. 0x124 means that an unknown hardware error occurred.

I have seen 0x124 bugchecks caused by software. I found this driver which apparently belongs to a copy protection system for gaming -?
Code:
lirsgt.sys Sun Jan 29 14:06:18 2006 (43DCA1AA)
What/ how does it protect?

Regards. . .
