ok heres the deal,ive got a visionnet 202er router.........im a huge online game funatic,right now im into americas army online,the problem is this is a new router and i dont have a clue on what to do(it was plug and play)its not letting my game log me into it ie.user profile and such..........punkbuster is also running but doesnt seem to be getting thru iether.
now to make it simple im a NOOB,my pc was bought for gameing and im a complete moron when it comes to tec stuff,so my question is how do i get this thing to allow my game to work?

Sounds like a firewall issue and/or you may need to configure the DMZ to have access for these games.

Google you modem and see what you can find.

thank you for the quick reply......i checked it out,called tec support for my problem,ha ha.......i love small companys,so anyways they were no help of course.
they say all my ports are open,i dont know how to check so ill take there word for it.
as far as dmz.......ive seen it all over the place,but dont know if my router has it or uses it
