a pc i built for my friend worked fine for 8 mths. it is a xp2000 running win xp pro. when it starts now it passes the boot from ide0 saying not found, however when i enter the cmos it recognises the hdd no problems. does this sound like a virus in the boot files..if so any ideas?!!
