I would post a hjt log under hjt log help forum asap. Seems like the infection type needs special tools to remove.

Virus Problem
Heey guys,
i've been having this serious problem it started yesterday. Well i use the Free AVG anti virus program and its been working fine for me for the past 2 months. Im very happy with it untill now. It keeps saying Virus Detected every 15-30 seconds. IT seems like there is like 300 viruses on my computer, but my computer seems to be working fine.
I would keep deleting/heal but it will still keep on coming back every couple seconds.
The virus is Trojan horse Collected.5.L and its in the E:/msdirectx.sys
i found the program and i know where the virus is so i also delete the program but it just keeps on coming back
If anyone uses AVG or anything please please help me.

Can you tell me any programs to get rid of the Trojan horse Collected.5.L like the file keeps popping up on my E drive its called E:/msdirectx.sys

but the greyknights is online for spyware i need to get rid of a virus

That file is a known bad character which requires a registry edit to remove. Please post a HJT log so we may see what else needs addressing.
Please download HijackThis http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/HijackThis.exe - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Create a folder at C:\HJT and move HijackThis.exe there. Double click on the program to run it.
1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Post the hijackthis.log file here. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless.
