hi there
i did a scan on AVG and it came across

infection type: PUP i was told to download AD-Aware so i did that
and when i restarted my computer a message came up saying important error occurred so i sent off a error report and it took me to a page were it said i may need to update my BIOS ... i have no clue on how to do this..any help on this would be great.


and also in my scan i came across 5 trojan horsee

• trojan horse genetic 13.AOED
• Trojan Horse Navipromo AA
• trojan horse navipromo AA
• trojan horse navipromo AF
• trojan horse navipromo AF

i was wondering how i got rid of these too
