A few days ago, my computer starting acting up. I began getting popups occasionally, and my computer started running very slowly. Now it freezes frequently and I have to do a hard shutdown. It usually takes several tries before Windows will start back up after I turn my computer back on. When it finally comes back on, I get an error reading "viewmgr has encountered a problem" and it needs to be shut down. I appreciate any help I can get.
