Hello, I now know I have DirectNameservice, which I believe I got from VideoAccessCodec, which I remember popping up as I was trying to REMOVE porn pictures that were deposited on my computer. That being said, I tried to purchase a virus removing program from Macafee but I cannot downloand anything onto the computer now. I have not tried any of these free programs made for these malwares. Does anyone have any idea if these malwares disable downloading and how to fix it?

I just started using this computer again and I didn't have any virus protection but had just purchased it when this happened. I also tried to manually remove some of files, and was somewhat successful, but I could not remove the processes because my Task Manager has been disabled. Should I call Macafee tech support in the morning?

I have cancelled the credit card used to pay for the virus support after the malware had installed itself, but I am nervous to get back online with that computer.

Any advise I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.
