I am trying to capture some old VHS tapes on my VCR to my computer but on both Windows Media Maker and ULead VideoStudio, Video Input Source is shaded out. It is set on "none" and I cannot change it. The preview box for both software's are black. I tried reinstalling a numerous amount of times with no luck. Is there anything I can do? The card I am using is EasyCap BTW.

Which specific input adapter are you using?(make and model)

Are the drivers for the adapter installed? Is the adapter proprietary to it's own software?
