video converter?!?!?!
okay. winavi, and imtoo has failed me.
i'm looking for a video converter that is:
1. fast, faster than most at least
2. has perfect a/v sync, i mean PERFECT
3. converts to wmv (for toshiba gigabeat/portable media players) and ipod.
4. can combine multiple VOB files.
5. rips from dvd also.
