Hi,

i need to convert a bunch of video files of various formats to MP4.

Just wondering whats the best/fastest program to do this?
Also should i do it over CPU or GPU?

specs:

i5 4670K @4.4GHz
overclocked 780GTX

Handbrake or Format Factory are my go to freeware programs for video conversion - Handbrake is my preferred option...it has more control over parameters but is a little more complicated to use because of this
Format Factory has adequate controls and is simpler to use
