Are you using a separate video card or are you plugging your monitor onto the VGA port on the motherboard? Have you tried updating the driver? If you are plugging into the onboard VGA then download the driver from the computer manufacturer. If it's a separate card go to that manufactures site and download the driver for that model.
Video Card?
yeah here lately somethings been up with my computer where if you turn the screen on it will show the desktop and then just suddenly go blank. not like the screens turned off because the light that shows if the screen is on stays green but the screen just goes black. if you turn the screen off and then on again the screen again shows the desktop but goes blank about 2 seconds after that. one of my friends told me that it sounds like the video card. could anybody help me out?
