Please post the make and model of the Laptop. Also could you tell us exactly what the error said?
Video card won't play movies
I tryed to watch a mOvie DVD on my lap top and when the disk was read windows media player said changing media but then a error message poped up saying your video card cannot play the file or something also it said update driver for video card what do I do also I am not connected to the internet what do I do help please
