Video card wont come out?

I undid the one screw that was attached to the casing and I'm almost 100% sure I broke some sort of plastic-latch thingy while trying to push it to remove my graphics card.

The part that faces the inside of my computer will go up easily, but the the other part just wont come out.

I can kind of wiggle it around, but the lower part that's attached to the motherboard just wont budge.

What could I be doing wrong?
Videos on the internet of people taking out their old graphics cards all show them doing it insanely easily. Mine has not been so kind.

CPU : Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 @ 2.50GHz( 4 CPUS), ~2.5GHz
Motherboard: IPIEL-LA3 (Eureka3)
RAM: 8Gb DDR3
Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce GT 230
PSU: (in the middle of installing a Corsair TX850

These are a large amount of specs on my particular computer.

You aren't by any chance trying to remove an integrated graphics chip assembly are you? They are not designed to be removable.
