if you have heating problems you need to check your heatsinks,and fans for a dust buildup.how many case fans do you have?are they blowing the correct way front in,rear out?
well you have a couple of options here.you could try to reseat the video card heatsink with fresh thermal paste,or you could get an aftermarket cooler for it.
