How would my 250W be a problem?

250W is low for any computer. Check your system's power requirememts here
http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/
(needs java enabled to run)

I entered the specs you provided and it comes to just over 250W, so with additional fans, PCI cards etc it looks like you need at least a 300W PSU.
Post back with the results.
