VGA to Component RCA (TV)

Hello: I want to connect my laptop to my TV using the Component RCA AV cable because my TV does not have Scart Video input or HDMI. From your website, I gather that this product (PC VGA to TV S-Video RCA AV Out Converter Adapter Cable) could be an option. There was a warning at the web page about this product which reads: "Please check your PC & Video card manual or manufacturer to make sure that your VGA card has TV-Out function capability through the VGA connector to ensure this cable will work for you"!
My question: as my laptop
( Dell latitude C640, using XP Ser pack 3) was not bought new it has no PC or Video card manuals. When I checked, my video card is Mobility Radeon 7500, manufactured by ATI Tech Inc; Chiptype: Mobility RAdeon 7500 AGP ( 0 x 4c57 ); video RAM 32MB.
Drivers: ati2dvag.dll Version: 6.14.0010.6378( English); Date: 8/12/2003 WHQL; logo'd: Yes. With this information about my Video Card, do you think my video card can connect from VGA to TV if I bought this product? Which other products do you recommend could solve my problem?
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Charles

Just use a converter box and you won't have any trouble , without the manual for the computer it'll be a gamble to simply buy the cable.
