I apologize if this is in the wrong section of the site.
I have a Verizon HP Netbook that connects fine using the pre-installed software for Verizon, but when I install the software to use my Sprint aircard, the Verizon connection will no longer work. Verizon says its HP's problem, and HP says its Verizons problem.

Uninstalled the Sprint software, uninstalled the Verizon software reboot and then re-installed the Verizon software and that did not fix. Did a system restore at the request of Verizon and that did not fix.

WHAT in the Sprint install is changing the settings for the Verizon software so that it will not work and how can I change it back?
