Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to do the following using VBA etc:

When in Word, click on a link or button that would bring up a dialog box when you can enter information, both manually and from drop down boxes which would then go into Outlook and compile an E-Mail with standard information and populate the mail using the information given in the dialog box and then send to a set of E-Mail addresses.

Bit of a complex problem I suspect, but and thoughts and ideas of how to do this or where to start would be very much appriciated.
