I just want to know if i use the main keyword/ blog title (ex: Music Video) repeatedly after every blog post title, ex: (Eminem - Stan Music video).

1. Can Search engines identify my site or site content?

2. Will this Increase my traffic.

I do not have a whole lot of knowledge on the algorithms search engines use to find pages.

If you mean will it help you to use your keywords often in your content than the answer is yes. This adds keyword density and will help your SEO. If you are asking about Using repeated phrases in you keywords then it'll have the opposite effect.
