hello i am new to this

so my problem is that when i log on there is a popup that goes userinit.exe application error and when i get to my desktop all that loads is my background. i figured out how to manually fix that every single time but it seems like a pain so how would i fix this

my other problem is that when i try to access some programs like add or remove programs a rundll32.exe pops up and it keeps popping up and i can't use add or remove programs same with when i try to run cmd so yeah.

using this site would you recommend i download some pacific anti virus etc
i currently have adaware lavasoft and spyware terminator

oh i figured it our for those who want to know how i did it

i did full scan with spyware terminator(its free) and it found some trojans then when it tried to remove it said failed which means it will remove it during your next boot and then when i logged on both my problems were solved yay
