I am trying to login to an application (ScheduAll) that is installed on a Citrix platform which is installed on Windows 2003 Server.

The problem is that when I am logged in as administrator on the server, I can run and log in the application like any user.

when I am loggen in as a user on the server, I can run the application but I cannot log in, neither as a supervisor. The error message I get is thet my connections are all used.

Any ideas?

One thing to add:

I think that the problem lies in what rights do the User Groups have. I tried on the Local Policy to change the User Rights of the Group I want to have access to the application (to log in) and I added them to the same rights as thatfor the administrator but still no success. Is there any other way to change the user rights?
