That was unsuccessful spyboy still complains that I am not an administrator. It was a good thought and thank you!

I have a Win7 SP1 Pro x32 machine that I would like to setup 2 users on. 1 is going to be user and the other would be administrator. Is there a way to give the user slightly more security to allow them to download updates for and run anti-spyware software such as spybot? It seems as a user you can run spybot, or super antispyware, but not download updates.
