I bought a uses computer on ebay and the keys do not type the right letters when hit. the delete key does not work the ;: key give me ?/ the fn key does not work. so how do I find the right drive for this computer. it is a Winbook ECS green733g laptop. can you help me

Have you checked the layout of the keyboard? It's possible the previous user rearranged the keys...I know the last time I cleaned my keyboard I accidentally swapped the - button with the = button.

Make sure the regional and laguage settings are as follows:
Go to control panel to Regional and Language:
Make sure the correct country is selected under Formats tab. If you are USA or Canada just choose "English United States"
Next go to the Keyboards and Languages" tab and click change keyboards.
Remove all unwanted languages.

If you are USA have it say:

EN English United States
Keyboard
->US


Remove all others in the list.
If you are Canadian and English than this setting would be best for you too.
