Okay I'm beginning to become stumped here, when using windows 8.1 and 10. I stumble upon USB not recognized complete failure. I've went into device manger then uninstalled most of every Universal Serial Bus Controller then restarted. And it doesn't help just ends up failing again.

No matter the usb port it allows fails even with a brand new PCI 3.0 USB card.

I've installed every single driver.

Asus support for 10 Only gives you Sound and Lan Driver.

I went and Installed all the Sabbor tooth 990fx drivers from Windows 7. But still proceeds to fail randomly.

2 or 3 of the motherboards USB ports have went bad and was making the rest mess up when being used. Haven't had any issues with it for some time now. I'm going to mark this as solved.
